After a focused Alpha Release with forty-four dreamers around the world, the app entered an early access phase on November 11, 2025, opening beyond an internal circle for the first time.
That initial three-month period has now concluded. What began as early access has evolved into A Thousand Dreamers [1KD] — a one-year collective journey shaping the AI layer of the app and the emerging social media of dreams.
The app remains free for participants through February 11, 2027, as we continue refining the experience together and releasing new features gradually.
Alongside the evolution of the platform, we are conducting security assessments and penetration testing, voluntarily aligning with SOC 2 and GDPR standards.
Write to us, and we’ll be in touch.
A Thousand Dreams is a portal for dreams, dreaming, and dreamers everywhere.
At its heart is a unique app designed to document dreams with ease, analyze dream data over time, and share dreams with others.
A Thousand Dreams has two core goals: to help dreamers connect, reconnect, or deepen their connection to dreams, and to offer tools, experiences, and spaces that support the emergence of meaning from those dreams.
If you’ve ever wondered how this came to be, this is one thread of the story.

We hope it brings clarity—and that you share the journey with us.
A Thousand Dreamers is a one-year global initiative inviting up to 1,000 dreamers to document and share their dreams while helping us test and refine the A Thousand Dreams App.
Participants contribute at least four dreams per month and offer feedback as the app evolves and its AI-supported analytical tools take shape.
The A Thousand Dreams App™ is a platform to document, analyze data, and share dreams with the world. Its design blends this with AI-enhanced capabilities.
It functions as both a personal dream database and the foundation of an emerging social platform for dreams.
It solves concrete and practical problems of dreamers:
No. It is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — it lives in your browser, not in traditional app stores. You can install it on your phone, tablet, or desktop, and it will open just like any other app.
The A Thousand Dreams App is a Progressive Web App (PWA). It does not live in the App Store or Google Play—it lives in your browser.
This allows you to access it instantly, without installation, while still being able to add or bookmark it on your home screen.
You can access the app directly from your browser:
From there, you can:
• Open it on desktop (by narrowing your browser window)
• Add it to your phone’s home screen so it works like any other app
• Begin documenting your dreams immediately
Yes—absolutely.
As a Progressive Web App (PWA), the A Thousand Dreams App automatically adapts to the language settings of your browser or device, whether on desktop or mobile. This makes it accessible to dreamers across most major languages.
The speech-to-text feature also follows this configuration, allowing you to document dreams in your own language.
At the very least, someone who does not speak English can use the app as a personal reservoir for their own dreams, working entirely within the Original Dreams section and the Basic Dashboard that corresponds to those dreams.
The Dreamer Profile is your personal settings space within the app.
There, you can choose your Dreamer Name, authorize geolocation, toggle light or dark mode, and take the Dreamer Quiz.
Completing your profile is required in order to document dreams.
You can document dreams by typing or using the phone’s built-in speech-to-text tool. Autosave is always on, and transcription happens automatically. You can also add a title, an image, and up to five topics for searchability.
Yes, a dream can be partially logged. The information will be retained even before the dream is saved. Log the desired information, and the entry can be found in the “My Dreams” tab to continue the logging process.
Each dream automatically includes the date, time, location, and moon phase. You can then add your title, image, and topics.
Dream Details are a set of structured fields that help describe the characteristics of your dream—such as dreaming configuration, dream type, lucidity level, and other attributes.
These details support the Basic Dashboard for your Original Dreams and also contribute to broader research on dreaming.
Yes. Whenever you select an option in the app, a definition appears directly below to guide you.
This includes categories such as dreaming configurations, types of dreams, and other fields—so you can understand each option in context as you document your dream.
If a particular experience does not match any predefined option exactly, simply choose the one that comes closest to your experience.
You can upload as many dreams as you wish.
Four per month is the suggested minimum for the A Thousand Dreamers initiative, but there is no limit.
More dreams create a richer personal database, allowing patterns and insights to emerge over time.
Yes—absolutely. As many as you wish.
You are welcome to document dreams from months or even years ago. In fact, past dreams are highly valuable when building your personal dream database. The more dreams you include, the richer it becomes.
As the Analysis Dashboard evolves, your full set of dreams will contribute to deeper patterns over time. The more accurate the metadata, the more meaningful those patterns.
When uploading past dreams, make sure to:
• Adjust the date to when the dream actually occurred
• Adjust the location where it was dreamt
Both will be essential for future longitudinal and geographic analysis.
The main feed of the app shows public dreams, with emphasis on the dreams of the dreamers you follow and trending dreams, based on the app’s algorithm.
The feed is designed as a shared space for exploration and connection.
Your personal dream database lives in your My Dreams space. The main feed connects you to the dreams of others.
Yes. Dreams can be shared once they are made public.
When you share a public dream link outside the app—on WhatsApp, email, or other platforms—it generates a preview card that includes the dream title, author, date, a short excerpt, and the featured image.
This allows your dream to travel clearly and beautifully beyond the app.
Note: Since a dreamer may wish to share a dream personally with a friend in their own country who does not speak English, we are considering whether to extend the Share feature to Original and Converted dreams as well.
However, because the Original Dreams database was designed as a private vault, we are carefully analyzing the security and privacy implications before making any changes.
There are three types of dreams in the app: Original, Converted, and Public.
The app includes three types of dashboards: Basic, Analysis, and Global.
No. The app does not interpret dreams.
Its approach is to provide tools so you can derive your own meaning from your dreams.
In the future, the app will offer APIs that allow you to connect your own AI assistant (such as ChatGPT) to your dream archive. This will enable you to explore your dreams using your own tools, within the frameworks of A Thousand Dreams.
Dream Alerts notify you when someone uploads a dream similar to one you’ve shared. This feature becomes more powerful as the database grows.
The best way to share suggestions is by joining the A Thousand Dreamers community on Facebook, where ongoing feedback and ideas are actively exchanged.

When you request a reset, you will receive an 8-digit verification code by email. Enter the code and then set your new password.
Yes. The app is currently free to use.
We will not consider introducing pricing until the AI layer of the app is developed.

A Thousand Dreams is being built through a conscious, gradual approach—prioritizing independence, creative integrity, and the time needed for the field of dreams to ground properly.
At this stage, we are not relying on debt or traditional acceleration models. Instead, we are growing through the support of individuals who resonate with the vision.
The next phase of development requires approximately $100,000 USD, and contributions of any size are meaningful.

Building a dreamer’s app that is truly a dream takes a village.
Everything will be tested beginning with the concept and continuing with the prototype, usability, CTAs, pricing, and satisfaction. We will also validate assumptions and discover new features.
From time to time you will receive instructions to complete some very simple and fun tests and invitations for short dreamer-interviews that will give us the feedback we need to continue building this dreamer’s dream.
Thank you for walking this path with us.
May all your dreams also come true, A Thousand Dream’s Team
At A Thousand Dreams, we know that you want to derive meaning from your dreams. To achieve that, you need to document your dreams systematically and analyze the data. The problem is that doing so with ordinary tools is time-consuming and exhausting; even if you are persistent enough and manage to gain insights, keeping your dreams and findings to yourself is not that much fun.
We believe that the dreamers of this world deserve a tool that makes dream management easy, data analysis meaningful, sharing joyful, and research inspiring. After all, it is through dreams that we transform our reality and inspire a better world.
After years of documenting dreams, of observing how they build stories over time, and of marveling at the richness they offer when we look back on them, we know that you shouldn’t allow dreams to fade away and we also know how to spare you the unnecessary effort to derive meaning out of them.
Here’s how to do it:
1. When the app is ready, document your dreams easily with our recorder and speech-to-text converter, edit the transcription, fill out relevant fields, and add your personal tagging.
2. Analyze the data and track your progress with our temporal approach.
3. Share the dreams you choose to share and connect with other dreamers.
With only 11 USD reserve now the best deal on the app; it will be made available when we launch the crowdfunding campaign in July 2024. The MVP will be ready 6 months after we crowdfund enough investment capital and the evolution of the app will be a continual process of improvement.
Send us an email at dreams@athousanddreams.world if you are curious about this or if you are interested not only in reserving but also in donating or investing. We will be happy to hear from you.
In any case, make sure to discover your dreaming profile with our unique quiz. And when the time comes, stop feeling exhausted by dream exploration and instead live inspired by your own dreams and the dreams of the world.
May you live inspired by your dreams,
A Thousand Dreams’ Team
In Egypt, Greece, Rome and so many other cultures in the world dream incubation was performed with the purpose of healing, retrieving lost parts of the soul, and receiving guidance. Not only were dreams professionally sought after in the more than 300 dreaming temples in and around The Mediterranean, but they were also bought and sold.
But the sacred nature of dreams, at one time recognized in every corner of the world, was progressively misunderstood, especially in Western civilization, until it became accepted that dreams were “unremarkable by-products of psychological disturbances or bad digestion that possessed no real value”.
At A Thousand Dreams, we believe that dreams are not only a source of inspiration and wisdom and a place for adventures, but also a path to enlightenment.; by remembering how to receive the wisdom they provide, we become our own gurus. No more need for healers, shamans, psychotherapists, or coaches because the inspiration we receive in dreams comes directly from our Soul.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Do The Dreamer Quiz, a tool that will help you understand your dreamer profile.
2. Read our unique approach to dreams in The Dreaming Landscapes and The Dreaming Profiles, a unique and very serious approach to how dreams actually work.
3. FREE Read Aberdeem’s blog on dreams, a personal sharing that exemplifies how dreams connect to daily life and vice versa.
4. FREE Watch A Thousand Dreams +1, a talk show on dreams, with dream enthusiasts from all over the world.
5. Take The Essential Dreaming Workshop online.
6. Join us at A Thousand Dreams closed Facebook group, share your adventures in dreams, and become inspired by what you learn from everybody else.
While all of this happens, we will continue working on the A Thousand Dreams App and will release it as soon as possible; you can see the DEMO VIDEO here.
In dreaming our dreams, we hope to make yours come true,
A Thousand Dreams’ Team
